There’s something about bluebells that makes spring feel properly here, isn’t there? The woods come alive with colour, the air feels a little warmer, and everything looks that bit more magical. Spring family photography is my favourite to shoot.

I had such a lovely time capturing this spring family photography session with Justine, Adam and little Zara, right in the middle of the bluebells. It’s one of my favourite times of year for family shoots — those gorgeous purple carpets don’t stick around for long, and it’s the perfect excuse to get out into nature and capture some relaxed, happy moments together.
Spring is such a brilliant time for family photography!
— the fresh air, the lighter evenings, and all those little signs of new beginnings. Whether it’s to mark Easter, a birthday, or simply to freeze this moment in time while the kids are still little, outdoor family sessions are a beautiful way to celebrate your family story.

If you’ve been thinking about booking a family shoot, bluebell season is one you don’t want to miss — it’s short, sweet and oh-so-beautiful. I’ve got limited availability for these sessions, so if you’d love some natural, joy-filled photos of your family in the bluebells, get in touch soon!
